First Amendment .. ?

Reader comment on item: Ban Islam?
in response to reader comment: Proposed Ban conflicts with First Amendment protections

Submitted by Steven Sehgal (India), Aug 31, 2007 at 03:56

I guess, Stuart, you will be too busy reading the last available copy of your constitution when the Islamists seize the White House and declare Shariah law, which thankfully will have no provision for a First Amendment.

When will you guys wake up ? When will you realize that this issue has to rise above constitutional niceties ? Do they have to explode a dirty bomb over your cities before someone has to have the guts to recognise Islam for what it truly is - nothing but a degenerate tribal cult philosophy.
