Ah, there's nothing like being singled out to make your enemy really mad. You've won the day with that approach. Why didn't I see it before. Naturally, compelling those you think most dangerous to obey your religion law would completely disarm them. They would, of course, immediately drop any aspirations they had and fall right in line. Problem solved. You're quite the social engineer, my boy.
