Most Muslims don't read Quran, leave alone Westerners

Reader comment on item: Ban Islam?
in response to reader comment: Distribute the Quran freely and you will get the same results!

Submitted by Tony (United States), Sep 3, 2007 at 23:35

The idea of distributing the Quran with comments doesn't make sense given the fact mentioned in the title of this comment. When conversion to Muslim is just a matter of saying a couple of sentences ending with "and Mohammed is his prophet", it is obvious that it's the 5-time daily brainwash and peer pressure that keep Muslims muslim, in addition to the fear of death for apostates, and fear of (non-existent) hell.

Western governments are too chicken to ban the Quran and Islam when they willingly ban demonstrated islamphobists, because Muslims resort to violent to get their ways, and Western bureaucrats are too stupid and ignorant about Islam to make the right decision. Would they willfully let known terrorists get into their own country? Probably not. Yet any Muslin is a dormant killer robot waiting for the right moment to get activated.
