Just make Islam illegal in the west

Reader comment on item: Ban Islam?

Submitted by Romesh Chander (United States), Aug 29, 2007 at 13:19

There is no such thing as moderate islam. So, I say, declare Islam as a non-religion and belonging to any organization subscribing to concepts of Islam as illegal (just like US did to communism). Take away all their tax exemptions and privileges. Stop all immigration of muslims; and probably, deport all people who profess to be muslims.

Half measures don't work. A strong issue requires strong measures. Issue is political and social and NOT legal.
