Reader comment on item: A Million Moderate Muslims on the March
in response to reader comment: shakira slavery is only in muslim countries

Excuse me, but what kind of slavery are talking about? I saw no slaves and no slave market in these countries, including my muslim country but stop I have seen one in my country, exactly in the capital city where slaves were sold to the people from West, particularly managers of BP, ICORR and other companies. These slaves were women (prostitutes).

Such things have recetly emerged. The markets are open usually at very late time after midnight. If thinking so, there are millions of such slaves in Europe and USA. Millions of women are dancing as monkeys in a cage in strip clubs. Millions of juveniles were sold as in Ancient Rome (by the way the ancient center of so called civiliaztion). Are the rights of these people are fully protected? Did they choose to be prostitues?

You may say yes and I may say you are right because they were born in such a society where their father was drunk and mother something else. They lived in poverty while their rich neighbours became students, after started working in good jobs and at nighst just took these girls from poor families and shot some porn films that they showed their colleagues. Is not it a slavery?
