Reader comment on item: Resisting Islamic Law
in response to reader comment: Baseless comment

The wars you mentioned are not done in the name of religion, and there is a separation of church and state in the West, professor. Christianity is never even mentioned, doesn't run our governments, and our soldiers aren't strapping bombs to themselves, going into markets or buses full of women and children and yelling "Jesus Lives!" before killing a bunch of innocent people.

Saying Islam is a religion of peace is like saying rugby isn't a contact sport. No matter what YOU think, or what YOU say, your Koran speaks for itself, as does your Islamic history and the behavior of Muslims. The whole world knows it, and I personally know Muslims who are embarrassed by their religion and people like you who are so blind they refuse to lift the veil to see the truth. I'll not respond to you again, Mansoor; you're a blinded, dillusional, dangerous-thinking fool. I'll pray you just don't kill any of your sisters, allow your wife to have somewhat of a life under your domination, and someday wake up to reality (which in Pakistan will be very difficult) and find true peace.
