A simple solution to cab drivers with preferences

Cab drivers and other such as store owners who want to engage in discriminatory preferences should be required to clearly advertise those preferences and the reason for them on the outside of their cabs and stores. Also - cab companies employing such drivers shouold be required to ask each consumer if he wants one, or if he doesn't want one.

That way consumers can more intelligently select the cabs and stores to patronize.
