Difference between Jewish and Islamic Law

Reader comment on item: Resisting Islamic Law

Submitted by Sheryl (United States), Feb 21, 2008 at 12:12

I just read your article on Sharia and I cannot help but think of the vast difference between Jewish law and Islamic. Jewish law is mostly, (other than in the laws for divorce), just and caring; Islamic law is cruel and oppressive. No wonder the Muslim part of the world is up in flames.
