Hello again, Faiz,

Thank you for your reply.

Again I would like to stress that your comment regarding seeing-eye dogs and your application of your religion to the specific subject was what I found interesting and respectable.

The rest of your view regarding your desire for "appology" from what I sumise is the U.S. and it's military actions in WWII, Afganistan, Iraq, etc. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY dissagree with.

Would the Taliban approve, let alone enable our discussion? I think not. No freedom there.

How about Saddam? The Kurds, in Iraq, HATED him, by the way, and staged a revolt after the Gulf war (which is why he gassed whole villiages of them). No freedom there.

I will address the "handing back" of the territory of the conquered. The U.S. did not just "hand back" Japan to Japan. After WWII was over, the U.S. occupation of Japan lasted from 1945 to 1952. The U.S.'s General Douglas MacArthur was appointed Japan's military govenor, and it worked so well that Japan quickly re-emerged as a world economic power.

But then, Japan did not have sh'ites and sunnis car-bombing each other. They worked together and left religion out of it. Freedom was there.

You seem like a well-meaning person, Faiz, however I think you are a little "out-of-touch" with regards to larger issues such as what in fact has made the U.S., and Canada, so full of FREEDOM.

The "Islam" that you so cherish maintains followers who strap their OWN children with suicide vests.

Once a clear and decisive victory is established, it actually PREVENTS future death, be it children, women. It is the back-and-forth nonsense of land-for-peace, appeasement, etc., that doesn't work, with this there is no END to the argument, no END to the deaths.

And FREEDOM exists to it's upmost in the U.S., since wars were WON, not dragged out.

Regards, Jennifer
