Ask the Serbs what Jihad means

Reader comment on item: Jihad and the Professors

The CIA announced a few months ago that they would be boosting their personnel and intelligence efforts significantly in Bosnia this year. A little heeded news piece indeed. Those marvellous Muslim allies in Bosnia and Kosovo, whom the Serbs fought, are now suuddenly not so friendly.

The greatest propaganda coup ever - exceeding even that of WMD in Iraq - was to convince the world the Muslims of Bosnia and Kosovo were innocent "victims". Thousands of extremists from all over the Islamic world poured into Bosnia to help kill Serbs. They cut off Serb heads with abandon, posting pictures on the web - before it became 'de rigeur' in Iraq. I have several in my files.

And in Kosovo, the great Allied victory has resulted in an entire enthnic community, the Serbs, forced to survive in armed ghettos, proetcted by NATO troops. Albanian Muslims have achieved their stated aims of an ethnically pure Kosovo with the explicit help of the U.S. and Europe.

In each region, the Serbian minorities refused to be forced to live under Jihadist Islamic regimes and fought to defend their homelands. Yes, shocking, but true. They were defending their homes.

No need to ask the Milosevic Socialists in Belgarde, who used the war to cement power. Just ask the Serbs who still live in Bosnia and who still survive in Kosovo why they fought.
