Allah teaches us to DEFEND ourselves, not to randomly wage war on anyone who does not believe the word of the QURAN. We don't 'hate' christian people, this extract is telling us about what Muslims should do if someone breaks an important oath to us. If someone murders and rapes our brothers and sisters all over the world.
Being a christian i presume you read the bible regularly yes? Then how can you justify what is said in the old testament...? Most of which is far worse than anything that is written in our HOLY QURAN?
Just a thought.
