If all you have is faith...

It's pretty sad all of the violence that religion brings into our world. People killing one another based on their religious beliefs is simply moronic.

We have no proof of any of the world's religions being valid or any of the religions "gods" even existing yet some people have faith enough to go out and claim that killing yourself while killing others in the name of a god makes you a martyr. Think about this, what kind of higher power would want that? What kind of being would find it logical to kill anyone who isn't one of their followers? I personally have no interest in following a god or leader who encourages this kind of behavior. It's common sense, we are naturally designed to procreate and keep the bloodline going forever. We weren't put on this world to fight over what this person believes or that person believes.

Wake up and enjoy this one shot at life while you can. Those who claim to be martyrs in the name of allah or whoever are fools and wasted a chance to make something of their life. Those who are driven by hate, jealousy, and anger only use their "faith" as an excuse to lash out at the world because they were too weak minded to live a more prosperous life. Those who are kind to one another and treat one another with respect will be the ones who truly find a place in the heavens....if there is such a thing.
