Islamic extremists...living in the 14th century

Reader comment on item: Jihad and the Professors

Submitted by Mike Millared (United States), Nov 4, 2004 at 13:35

It is the idiot Islamic extremists who are indiscriminately killing anyone in sight, including their fellow Muslims.

It is these ignorant idiots who are abducting and beheading innocent and independent aid workers who are trying to re build Iraq after decades of abuse by Saddam.

These idiots (there really is no other word) are not interested in stability or democracy. They would rather hide behind the cloak of a joke of a religion whose sole purpose for being seems to be the continued subjugation of women.

These islamic fundamentalist idiots should realise that as soon as Iraq is up and running and somewhat stable, the USA, Britain and the others will leave...and not one day before.

Then they can go back to living in the 14th century....Before long the civilised nations of the world will develop an alternative to oil at which point the extremists can see if they can sell very large quanities of sand to the world. They will quickly find out that selling sand is not quite the licence to print money selling oil is.
