The crusades were ultimately an unsuccesful counterattack in the 1378 year long war against the rest of the world started by the Islamic Jihadists.... Only in Spain was the west succesful in throwing back the Islamic attacks and freeing itself from the chains of the Islamic totalitarian theocratic empire. We should study and copy how the Spanish of the Reconquista liberated their people from Dhimmi enslaved status under the Islamists...
