the link is about Erbil, and the control over there is with the USA, not with PM Erdoğan. you say that if Turkey gives access to UN agencies, but cant you even figure out this? PM's wife is also from a Kurdish region, and PM is doing his best to solve the problem, yet the BBP party and the PKK dont want Erdogan to resolve the Kurdish problem because as it happens everywhere in the world, if no problem then no gain for such parties or terrorist groups.. and also for the Ergenekon type of secret power groups of the states.
