You are absolutely right, if a Gaza humanitarian aid flotilla sails next time Isreal should wait until they enter Israeli waters and sink them all, regardless whether law or even law of war does give you or not the right to attack and kill the convoys because they are breaching your unilateral blockade zone or terriotorial waters, and also, since the suggestion is to sink and kill inside territorial waters, -and allow me to accept it and agree with you-, considering the Mavi Marmara was 72 miles off the blockade zone and 92 miles off the ısraeli waters, when the ısraeli forces hit the ship and killed 10 Turkish persons including one Turkish American, Israel committed murder.
