Israel Does Have A Problem With the World Having a Problem With Israel

Reader comment on item: Is Turkey Going Rogue?
in response to reader comment: The major Issue is not Turkey as the Isreal the real problem.

If this is being read right, one might get a clue as to why there is such a disagreement about the relationship between Turkey and Israel. First and foremost, it is a major issue; and one that will not be resolved easily to the disenchantment of most parties involved.

It is correct to assert that Israel is, indeed, an oriental culture, part and parcel of an Asiatic block of societies which for centuries knew nothing of 'western' style cultures, one of the more influential changes of that coming from the Roman conquests and the precursor mentality of a republic form of government gone wrong-hence the Roman Empire. But while Israel may find itself struggling as a democratic society functioning under modern ideologies of republican governance, Israel is doing so only because it failed in its ability to be the nation as originally envisioned: a theocratic monarchy.

As for Israel not getting along with its neighbors, let the circumstances prove themselves out-Israel does not maintain articles of incorporation calling for the extinction of its neighbors as does the Hamas, the 'Palestinian Liberation Organization' and all of the associated organization with similar ideologies towards Israel. Is Israel in their aim of fire ? Let's see if being targeted by hundreds of missiles in the course of a year qualifies…..

The distinction of Israel as a mere nation and a Jewish nation is highlighted here by the previous writer's assertion that is in fact the single most critical aspect, so much so that the 'Palestinian' state so desperately wanted by the incoherent insistence of the supporters of a 'Palestinian' state like Erekat, requires that the new state be Jewish free, an inconsistency of unimaginable portent since the underlying real intent of the U. N. submittal of state hood requires Israel's elimination as a national entity altogether. See Kofi Annan's map from awhile back.

Israel is the main issue; Israel is the major issue: Israel will not go away. The sooner the rest of the world gets that right, the sooner the world gets peace. Unfortunately, that's not the message the enemies of Israel want to hear.
