Reader comment on item: Is Turkey Going Rogue?
in response to reader comment: Dear Mr Tim Lock - ...

I dont think your letter deserve a real response, as its stern address implies, I need a more serious interlocuter.

Its simply all wrong, all through, except the earthquake, which Turkey responded as much as it can by extending its help, in the fires in Israel.

The following line proves your letter is worthless, meaningless, and rubbish: 9 Turkish civilians were killed, not 10, this occurred during a murdering rampage carried out by the so called "Peace activists" on the Israelis troops who took over the ship with no more than paint guns and side holsters!!!

This is an icredible mind game where the reader is led to believe that the civilians (and yes they were 9 one which died months later) were actually killed in the turmoil in a stampede! And the ship was not really 72 miles off the Israili blockade zone, and the ship really carried weapons and explosives.

And wheres the gun which is alleged to shot the Israili soldier, wheres the soldier and wheres the medical report? Because its a lie!

The loss of life and injuries resulting from the use of force by Israeli forces

during the take-over of the Mavi Marmara was unacceptable. Nine

passengers were killed and many others seriously wounded by Israeli forces.

No satisfactory explanation has been provided to the Panel by Israel for any

4Strictly Confidential of the nine deaths. Forensic evidence showing that most of the deceased were

shot multiple times, including in the back, or at close range has not been

adequately accounted for in the material presented by Israel.

ix. There was significant mistreatment of passengers by Israeli authorities after

the take-over of the vessels had been completed through until their

deportation. This included physical mistreatment, harassment and

intimidation, unjustified confiscation of belongings and the denial of timely

consular assistance
