There is nothing more dangerous than delusional hubris. It can start wars. Ultimately such wars will devastate the deluded--but at what cost?

Hitler flushed with his victories in Eastern Europe and in France, and totally convinced of the truthfulness of his bizarre racial "theories", thought that the master race was omnipotent. So he decided to make the whole world its lebensraum. Thus expectedly he insanely started simultaneous wars with the Soviets and America. He was so obsessed with his coming ultimate success and glory, that he ignored the possibility of being crushed in a vice with the Americans and Brits coming from the west and the Russians coming from the east. He mastered a steep learning curve in his Berlin bunker.

I found this yesterday (maybe on Debka).

"Saad-allah Zarey described Israel as so small and vulnerable that even 100 Israeli bombs would not substantially damage Iran which is 80 times larger . Kayhan finds in its Sunday editorial that Israel is too weak to do much harm to Iran. "Israel's defeat in its 33-day war against Hizballah ..."

Deja Vu! Will Erdogan up the ante and join Hitler and Ahmadinejad. After all according to photographs he and Tayyip Bey are political lovers.
