in response to reader comment: Havas' comments on Turkey and Israel

I would equally argue that Judao-Christian Capitalist ideas of world are still blinded by extreme orientalism, which suppresses freedom of expression, (as regards for example, Jewish hegemony of US academia, finance etc) or Israel's blatant disregard of human rights and rule of law in occupied palestine and Lebanon.

I would even go as further that, the Great American ideals and people are hijacked by the minority Jewish lobby groups and pro-Israili camp, which caused many Muslim people hate US.

The many countries and Muslims of the Middle East were victimized for the sake of defending an artificial idea of a perfect Israili democracy in a sea of jungle and backwardness.

I do not think even the Israili people are aware ef the huge excesses of their Government and the Military and how much damage is being done to them.

I also dont think the American people and the Jews in Israel are aware that once the Israili Government follows reasonable policies in keeping with international rules of conduct, should there be any security threat to them any more.

As for the issue of Islamism in Turkey what you say is more of bookish monologues from old Bernard Lewis detached from whats happening in Turkey not only in terns of economic policies but also theological discussions and currents.
