I am advocating free values..moderation in facing intolerant and hate manufacturing islam is no virtue

Reader comment on item: Will Europe Resist Islamization?
in response to reader comment: If you are not advocating violence what are you ...?

Your response has been that of what a typical muslim does when confronted with facts and ground reality - abuses, insults, threats and violence is what muslims do. You have accused me of calling for violence and that I dont stand for freedom.

What did I write. I wrote "In any situation, islamic/koranic totalitarian approach of manufactured hate and killing of millions should be eschewed by us. Because we stand for free and humanist values".

This does not mean humans that stand for the free values should always bend to islam. Sorry. We will use all the tools under our command, including if necessary escalating and measured violence to curb those that stand for the totalitarian hate mongering ideology of islam.

My historical and statistical references are largely accurate. The fact of ethnic cleansing resulting in diminished Hindu population in Pakistan and trends in India towards enhanced muslim population are accurate. You can check the census figures.

You have talked about your Gujarati heritage. Your understanding of ground reality there has gaps. Gujarat violence was in response to Gujarati muslims burning up a train bogie of innocent pilgrims. Narendra Modi's visa revoking was wrong. That was part of the point I made in my original message highlighting the lack of unity of purpose among anti-islam forces. Mark my words, soon there will be a time, when US would invite Narendra Modi and be privileged by his visit.

Post the September 11 attacks, Bush like Modi provided a muscular response - bombing and occupying two nations, one of which had nothing to do with the attacks. There have been no further attacks in Mainland USA.

Similarly Gujarat has changed. In 1980s muslim criminals ruled the roost in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Muslims used to burn crackers to celebrate Pakistani victory in cricket matches. In places like Ahmedabad and Mumbai, Muslim proportion of criminals was always much higher than their proportion of population. Many muslims indeed believe and argue that as long as they are following koran, they are not criminals. If they get caught by police..it is tough luck.

Now the days of muslim criminals rulting the roost are gone at least in Gujarat. And for a change at least some islamic leaders in Gujarat are talking of peace and harmony. I still believe that this is more because of necessity, having to live with a robust Hindu leader rather than genuine change of heart.

Learn your History properly. Not from convoluted sources. Professor Will Durant's History of Civilisation Part 1 can be your starting point. Read Al Beruni, Aurangzeb Firmans...You will understand how violent islam has been in India.

Professor Durant writes "...the Islamic conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good, whose delicate complex order and freedom can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading from without and multiplying from within."

The story of peaceful islam is a lie; and was a lie. If you stand for free values, you will necessarily have to give up your support for the totalitarian fascistic ideology of islam. There is no middle way here.
