I wish you would take a step back, Safraz, and take an objective view of the history of Islam.

Islam does not condone suicide, but it does condone "martyrdom", dying in the process of killing the unbeliever - in fact, IT REWARDS IT WITH PARADISE. Qur'an 9.111

India has suffered so much at the hands of Islam; how in the world can you be so insensitive as to disregard history, and the motivation, ideology behind Islam? "Dar-al-Islam" is a basic doctrine of Islam that states world peace will only come to earth when everyone is a Muslim - will this happen with the "second comming" of Mohammed? NO. This "utopia", according to Islamic scripture, will be achieved by Muslims themselves - guess how.

I've stated to you before, and I'll state it again, the DIFFERENCE WITH ISLAM IS THAT IT KILLS THOSE PURELY ON REJECTION OF THEIR "GOD". Not because a particular group is a threat; not because the Qur'an was written in "times of war"; Mohammed's enemies were enemies because THEY DID NOT BELIEVE IN ALLAH. Not for ANY other reason. That, they thought, was reason enough - people did not believe in Allah, therefore, they should be killed. The Qur'an gives no record of battles with specifically named enemies; or why the enemy was considered an enemy; other than that these were UNBELIEVERS, enemies based solely on REJECTION OF MOHAMMED"S "GOD".

It is there. No other religion in human history, during "times of war" or not, commands killing BASED ON DISBELIEF in their "god".

To compare Tamil Rebels with Thiagan's view of Islam is ridiculous.
