Secularism is Europe's real enemy

Reader comment on item: Will Europe Resist Islamization?

In order for Europe to assert itself again, it must rid itself of the malignancy of secular humanism that has left it in the shambles of a post-Christian, post-modern spiritual rot. The humanist manifesto of narcissism, greed and opulent self-indulgence has led to the inevitable conclusion of a bloated social welfare system, declining birth-rates and a society that simply sees no point in defending itself anymore.

Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic superstar presidential candidate made the interesting comment recently that he didn't want his daughters "punished" with a baby if pregnancy resulted from unprotected sex, an obvious reference to his support of abortion. Obama's comment pretty much sums up Europe's problems these days; when you're having fun, children are no fun and they spoil your pleasure, so let's avoid them.

That problem has led to declining birth-rates throughout the continent that have created job vacancies that has forced Europe to open the floodgates to immigration, specifically from nations with predominant Muslim populations. Muslim immigrants certainly have no qualms about being "punished" with children--their birth-rates are three to four times that of their European hosts. You can do the math on that one and figure out that spells the end of Europe down the road if that trend keeps up.

So here's the choice for Europeans and Americans; you can return to your Judeo-Christian roots and start marrying and multiplying again to stave off the Islamization of your cultures, or you travel to Darwin's tomb and pay homage to the secular prophet by rolling a large prophylactic over his tombstone to protect it from the "punishment" of the debris raining down from the destruction of your society.
