in response to reader comment: Western liberalism and Muslims

One gram of poison in 99 grams of honey and the resulting mixture behaves as poison and not as honey. So when we are dealing with islam we have to take the fanatic violent muslims as the long-term determinants of what islam will bring. A minority can be more decisive than the majority. The non-fanatic muslims may be majority but they are timid and opportunistic and hence of no consequence.

Wilders film is not hate-speech, it is a timely and necessary warning in short film of short duration - he is pointing out to the inherent ineradicable unending dangers in islam. That is the correct approach to islam. Islam has had 1400 years time to prove itself (may be even more) and islam has proved that it is a wicked and dangerous fascist imperialist arab-centric ideology in its core spirit. Anyone who praises or protects islam is thus misleading mankind badly. If you are describing a venomous snake then it is more important to warn about its poison and untrustworthiness than to praise its colors and skin patterns. So it is with islam and muslims.

Some human beings with muslim or arab names may have done some good things or made some good contributions (e.g. to science), but that certainly was not derived from kuran or hadith or shariah, and hence not from islam. So one should never commit the blunder of praising islam and fool muslims and non-muslims into thinking that islam is good or harmless.

Muslims, even the liberal muslims, are proving this every day on their own, of their own initiative. Think over this carefully without allowing yourself to be scared by islamic intimidations or tempted by islamic seductions.
