I would suggest that you ask Al-Queda to cover the costs. Somehow, their flying planes into the WTC triggered a response from the US. Perhaps Osama bin-Laden can cough up some cash.

I would, of course, be against paying until the victims of all of the suicide bombings by muslims have been paid. I'm sure the Israelis would welcome payment.
