"When in Rome, live as the Romans do: when elsewhere, live as they live elsewhere"; is an old and wise saying but what has it got to do with Muslims. Their philosophy is different and simple; and specially when infidels are trying hard to become good dhimmies, they practice "while in Islam do as Muslims do and while in indelity do as Muslims do."

Infidels can either exert themselves and be free or easy way is to submit and become good dhimmies.
