Reader comment on item: Don't Bring That Booze into My Taxi

Submitted by Teresa (United States), Oct 12, 2006 at 10:06

We are not allowed to pray in schools or at ballgames (basically in public), they do not want us to say in God We Trust nor do they want us to discipline our children. However, my generation prayed in school and we were disciplined and I think our generation turned out okay - we did not have the type of problems in school then as we do today. And now we are going to let Muslims shove their religion down our throat - I do not think so - I say send them home and let them practice their beliefs in their own country. This is not their country.
