Actions by Metropolitan Airports Commission re: #715 Pipes

I've forwarded the following email to MAC Public Affairs -

Please tell me what I read in #715 Pipes: "Don't Bring That Booze into My Taxi," in NY Sun is a distortion of facts. If it isn't, the Metropolitan Airports Commission has opened Pandora's Box. You have, by default, set a precedence for not only every Muslim in our midst to exercise religion against the legal rights of average citizens but also for any religion to impose on those rights. I hope at least one of those refused passengers has the nerve and money to file civil action both against MAC and the cab drivers who have refused to provide the service of their trade. Why didn't MAC just inform the refusing Muslim taxi drivers to find another trade that does not conflict with their beliefs? I fear that MAC fears Muslim reaction more than lost of civil liberties that we have struggled so long and hard for.
