Reader comment on item: Don't Bring That Booze into My Taxi

Submitted by Susan Blake (Canada), Oct 16, 2006 at 11:50

Individuals hired to be drivers for taxis companies either comply with the Job Description (carry the paying passenger safely from point A-point B), or find another job that doesn't interfere with the employee's religious beliefs.

In this country and mine, one can go to school--well subsidized and train for another way to make a living that is compatible with one's lifestyle.

I avoid taxis when possible.
