That is welcome news, but don't we still have the problem of Muslim cabdrivers refusing to serve some customers? Are the taxi owners going to make it a condition of employment that their drivers will not be allowed to refuse a fare? If not, then they are giving people further incentive to find alternate means of transportation and all cab drivers (and companies) will lose business they might have had otherwise.
