How about these rights to refusal...

The right of a priest not to grant absolution...The right to refuse burials in private cemetaries...The right to refuse entry of protesters and/or banners from private functions...The right to refuse entry of students from school for inappropriate clothing...The right to refuse airline passengers who say or act in unseemly ways (i.e. soccer or football fans)...The right to refuse car rentals based on the applicant's driving history...The right to refuse insurance coverage...The right to refuse medical coverage...The right to refuse access to swimming pools based on clothing... The right to refuse to loan money... The right to refuse utility service based on non-payment or income...etc.
