Dear Ron and Dan Parker,

It looks as if you are arguing, but in fact I think that both of you guys are telling truth, even if each of you deals with only part of the truth.

Dan Parker reminds us that the Crusaders were not less ardent in their murderous zeal than their militant Muslim counterparts of today.

I can add to it that on their way to the Holy Land, many Crusades first swept through Jewish communities in their homelands in Europe, indiscriminately killing, burning and destroying all Jewish existence. It looked like that horrible Holocaust is remembered today only by Jews, because at that time in Europe, it was considered a heroic and holy act of cleansing the land of non-believers. In those times, nobody heard about lofty ideas like Judeo-Christian culture/heritage. But we do not have to go that far, the more recent and familiar Holocaust of the mid 19ties, with all its bestial and inhuman atrocities was also accomplished by an exclusively Christian Europe. Even today, when we look at the harsh and short tempered European criticism of Israel's attempts to defend itself from the murderous terrorist attacks on its citizens, while at the same time the ready willingness to blindly swallow all the lies and blood libels of the anti Israeli Arab propaganda, we cannot escape the sad conclusion that in spite of the fatal Islamic challenge at its doorstep, Europe is still guided by a deep rooted anti-Semitic undercurrent. On this background, Dan is suggesting a less biased, and more balanced attitude towards the current manifestations of the so called Radical Islam.

On the other side, Ron is correctly pointing out that today, in the 21st century, there is no official establishment, be it religion or state, with the exception of the Islam, and some Muslim states "-- that preaches and practices world conquest through any means possible, including terrorism, torture, and genocide". While Europe is making efforts to grow out its Nazi past, and to fight and keep in check its neo-Nazis, the Islamic World is openly breeding its own brand of Muslim-Nazis, arming them, training them and proudly sending them on mass murder and terror missions.

With all this worldwide raging Islamic "revolution", with Iran soon becoming nuclear, the whole World is suddenly under a formidable existential threat. In this situation, the Free World cannot afford to start sorting out its questionable past, and to deal "evenhandedly" with those who are openly challenging its right to exist, and effectively acting to bring about its end.
