in response to reader comment: Misconceptions about Matt 5:39

As a muslim i think youre right. That over the years the christian world has let man enterpret the good book the wrong way. I believe that all humanitiy has to operate good deeds and maybe not so good deeds to keep this world balance. As muslims we think of jesus as a man who had feelings like any other human being and yet preaching the word of peace. Dont mean just lay down and submit to wrong doing.

Prime example in america when two black civil rights leaders died fighting the same cause. Dr. King was a christian and preached non-violence. He had hundreds if not thousands of followers blacks and whites. Only to be killed in the end but his dream lives on.

Then around the same time there was Malcom-X. He preached that they will use as much force necessary to get their point across. Same as Dr. King there was many followers but he also was killed.

My point is maybe a combination of both King and X maybe they would still be here. If the world going to make a decision like that then it must work from both sides. The help from all helping nations, jews, christians and muslims to crack down and stop it. But the big thing is that #1 how long will it take?. #2 On what level will this extend to and #3 what kind of recoil we will have?
