Your article was sent to me by Dr. Norman A. Bailey, formerly of the White House.

Here's a paper you may wish to consider for a phased approach to a religiously pluralistic solution that all those living in the Holy Land should be debating. The Abraham Federation: A New Framework for Peace in the Middle East Dr. Bailey supports the socio-economic-political paradigm from which this new approach was developed. So does Cardinal Achille Silvestrini, who formerly served as Secretary of State and later Prefect of the Oriental Congregations at the Vatican.
