Peace-loving, egalitarian Muslims are the aberration in Islam.

Reader comment on item: The Vatican Confronts Islam
in response to reader comment: 'Radical' Islam is a misnomer

OVer and over, we are led to believe that "radical" or "militant" Muslims are the problem and that they do not represent true Islam when just the opposite is true. Those Muslims who are peaceful to people of other religions are the outliers, and they are not following true Islam, according to the religious clerics who define the practice.

If they are peaceful, then it is out of the goodness of their hears IN SPITE OF the teachings of Islam. They follow the original teachings of Mohammed who simply copied them from Jewish and Christian traditions in order to start his own religion. They know about the "Book of the Sword" but have chosen to pretend that it does not exist. They may even ignore the fact that the god of Islam is not the same god as those of Christians or Jews, and that their god is bent on the subjugation and destruction of the former.

I have said this over and over again, but it bears repeating:

Since the original version of Islam was a clone of Judeo-Chritian traditions, and the latter version became a toxic cult, peace-loving Muslims need to abandon the same religion that has abandoned them, especially given that they have been unwilling or unable to reign in the madness.
