Christians are in good position in Arab Countries

Reader comment on item: The Vatican Confronts Islam
in response to reader comment: forget reciprocity. Thank god if you just survive in Islamic contries.

... There are more than 15% Christians in Arab countries like Egypt & Lebanon. And also more than 30% in UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar etc. among expatriates. All of them treated very well and they have their own churches. No body ask whether they are Christians or Hindus or Buddhists or Muslims in these countries. I am an Egyptian Christian who worked in Kuwait and Bahrain since last 15 years but never come across any bad situation. We (Christians) are on very high posts and services and we get same salaries and benefits like other people get. So, don't make false propaganda. Same treatment is being given to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and other religions. Most of my colleagues are Hindu on very high posts.
