To Blackspeare: This is a joke right?

Reader comment on item: The Vatican Confronts Islam
in response to reader comment: It Takes Time

Islam is 1400 years old, in another 2000 years it will be 3400 years old. It did not take Christianity 3400 to reform itself. Christianity is 2000 years old and it's already reformed. A reform that started during the renaissance and is continuing today. Islam is 1400 year old and there is no sign of reformation. All we is the same 1400 year old jihad being waged against Christians and Jews.

Judaism was never violent. After the jews conquered canaan, they didnt invade anybody elses land. God gave them no edict to invade other people and force them to embrace Judaism. On the contrary it is the jews who suffered under the Babylonian and Roman invasions. Islam on the other hand was violent from its inception. Muhammad was a violent man, and the caliphs fallowed is example of violence and conquest. Islam was spread by the sword, not missionary work. Islam needs to start reforming now, not 2000 years down the road. In 2000 thousand years humans will be living on mars and possibly develop the technology that will allow us to travel millions ol light years to make contact with alien races.
