Reader comment on item: [The Hamas Electoral Victory:] Democracy's Bitter Fruit
in response to reader comment: Defeating Jihad

Joe,

I have a mindset where I already know what is wrong and what is right. I believe you have the same frame of mind but with different set of morals. So when you quote some "supposedly" Muslim girl's book, who doesn't cover her hair, I hesitate to take her words seriously. If I am to listen to sister's words she better be a religious person, and wearing the veils shows fear of Allah and true discipline in the ways of Islam. So out goes Leila Ahmed. I trust the BBC better then her, and the BBC says she is wrong, and the Middle East doesn't have the highest suicide rates for females.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/in_depth/3639152.stm

If you remember Joe, you said, "As for porn Bible, I'm not sure that there is any. I think you made that up, unless you mistakenly have interpreted something, in which case I would love it if you could send me the passage."

I don't know if the following Is porn or not, Song of Songs 8:1-3 "If only you were to me like a brother, who was nursed at my mother's breasts! Then, if I found you outside, I would kiss you, and no one would despise me. I would lead you and bring you to my mother's house-- she who has taught me. I would give you spiced wine to drink [i.e., her vagina's semen!], the nectar of my pomegranates. His left arm is under my head and his right arm embraces me."

>> you said, Please answer my question: Why did Muhammad have 10 wives and 4 concubines when the Qur'an permits only 4? Why did he cheat on his 10 wives (not enough obviously)? Why does the Qur'an state bull like:

I've already told you in an earlier posting, this affair with concubines and monogamy has to be explained in detail. If you want a detailed answer, go to askimam.com, that is if your really interested to find the truth.

Joe I speak Arabic, and I am holding an all Arabic Quran, it comes from Saudi Arabia, although all Qurans in Arabic, have the same meaning, some English versions are translated differently. To understand and get the most out of the Quran, you have to speak Arabic. Anyway 039.004 says Had Allah wished to take to Himself a son, He could have chosen whom He pleased out of those whom He doth create: but Glory be to Him! (He is above such things.) He is Allah, the One, the Irresistible..

>>It is interesting that the original translation of this page said

Joe what original translation? All the Arabic Qurans read exactly the same. Even the old ones which are preserved in museums. Also what page, what are you talking about your not making any sense.

>>I love how the Qur'an will say some small little thing, and before anyone questions it, it starts up again about how Allah is awesome and always right. Half the damned book is a praise to Allah.

If I understand you correctly Joe, your saying the Quran praises Allah so much to distract readers from the other information it presents? Your funny Joe, seriously my problem now is, what um I supposed to say to a comment like that.

>>PICKTHAL: The Jews and Christians say: We are sons of Allah and His loved ones. Say: Why then doth He chastise you for your sins? Nay, ye are but mortals of His creating. He forgiveth whom He will, and chastiseth whom He will. Allah's is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and unto Him is the journeying.

>>Here again the Muslims are hypocrites.

You base your hypocrisy on what Joe.

>>We say we are the loved ones yes, but isnt all of Allah's creations loved?

Again above statement you don't make sense Joe, if all of Allah's creation is loved, y do you have to say you're the loved ones Joe?

>>Are the Muslims loved?
What do you think Joe?

>>The Qur'an turns this into the Muslims against the Christians, where the Muslims are obviously better?

Maybe the bible does this. The above Ayah, 05/18, is referring to the following

Sons of god,:Cf, Job, xxxviii. 7: When the morning starts sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy." In the 29th Psalm ist verse, the authorized translation " o ye mighty" should apparently be "o ye sons of Elim", El being a name of God. Cf, also Genesis, vi. 2; The sons of god saw the daughters of men"
Beloved: Cf, psalms, cxxvii. 2: he giveth his beloved sleep" so y do Muslims sleep if they are not his beloved Joe.? If used figuratively, these and like words refer to the love of god. Unfortunately, "son" used in a physical sense or "beloved" in an exclusive sense as if god loved only the Jews or Christians make a mockery of religion.

>>Also, I never said that the only peoples were Jews and Christians. I didnt need your obvious fact check, but maybe you did to make yourself feel smart.

I don't feel smart anymore, you caught me red handed.
>>Your Allah is NOT our God. It is a twisted mirror image. A Meccan Zeus. Are you familiar with C.S. Lewis? There was Aslan and their was his twisted image. You are living in Plato's cave you Muslims.

You know, if you believe or disbelieve in him, that does hurt him the least. He has the riches of earth and the heavens, so for one more kaffir to not believe really doesn't do any damage to him. The meccan Zeus u refer to is I think one of those gods that Mohamed destroyed in Mecca, eradicating them so that Allah the almighty can rule in their place.

>>So you were watching NBC, what about any other channel?

No not that I can remember Joe, I think I stuck to NBC for those two hours, I really wanted to see what Filth I have to watch out for in these streets. I bet you if we were in a musim country that type of stuff wouldn't happen Joey.

>>Muslims are all over it raping and pillaging and bombing.

Muslims did Hiroshima Right, right., I see that on TV all the time.. Any religion that says its ok to have intercourse with the women whom you have captured in war, because sex brings people closer to each other, and that its lawful for them because it protects their rights instead of being mistreated is an awesome religion. Yea if its so bad of a religion how come it the fastest growing religion, and cant be stopped no matter how many times its been tried.

>>A few black sheep versus the entire black horde.

. Muslims don't go around with military around the word-talking bout we going to civilize you, and we don't drop nukes on whole cities because their military outsmarted us and caught us with our pants down.

>>Your right, the morals taught by Christians are wrong (sarcasm).

6 blocks away from the white house is where people go to Washington to pick up prostitutes. Porn shops, Movie theaters are full of Gay movies. Drugs and alcohol run supreme in Christian countries. The Vatican I believe is in Italy, the children channel of Italy is full of naked ladies dancing around. I don't personally think that Christian morals are bad, it's the fact that these morals are not instituted nation wide. Y is it that they are not instituted nation wide in Christian countries. Because corruption, porn, drugs, alcohol, "bastard being a normal thing" people living together without marriage, adultery, prostitution, etc have no place in a Christian run nation. Christian morals are not wrong at all, and every Muslim will tell you that, it's the unchristanazation of Christians by you know who. AL SHEYTAAN

Again I praise your religion...
