Dr Pipes, thanks again for having us think and debate.

Following quote is from the bible, I picked it to show that the Quran is not the only holy book, which has Phrases that raise the eyebrows at first, but can be explained to the uneducated and would make sense.

Jesus speaking to a group of Pharisees: "I know that you are descendants of Abraham; yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you. I speak of what I have seen with my Father, and you do what you have heard from your father. They answered him, "Abraham is our father." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would do what Abraham did. ... You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But, because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? He who is of God hears the words of God; the reason why you do not hear them is you are not of God." (John 8:37-39, 44-47, RSV)

So stop quoting Ayas from the Quran and taking it out of context.

Second, there are a lot of law abiding muslims in the states, muslims are ordered by the Islam to accept the law of the land they are in.

Third, the hamas issue. The only reason hamas was voted to power in my opinion, is because the P are tired of being occupied. I mean don't ppl see that the P people are living in open air prisons? Or is that my imagination. When did the whole suicide bombings start I believe it was after israel became a country on the expense of the Palestinians. Trust me I advocate for a the jewish ppl to be able to live on their own land among other jews, but not on the expense of someone else.

Why the muslim world hates america?
In the eyes of most Muslims, America invaded, now occupies and effectively rules the Muslim states of Afghanistan and Iraq. The United States has also continuously and invariably backed Israel's occupation of Muslim Palestine. America helped the United Nations create a new Christian state, East Timor, in Muslim Indonesia. Yet such independence is taboo for Muslim Kashmir, Muslim Chechnya and Muslim Bosnia. Furthermore, U.S. policy supports "oppression and aggression by Hindu India in Kashmir, Catholic Filipinos in Mindanao, Orthodox Christian Russians in Chechnya and Chinese communists in Xinjiang Province."

America also supports "apostate" Islamic governments in Kuwait, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere. The United States has imposed economic and military sanctions on Muslims in Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Libya, Pakistan, Iran and Indonesia. These actions have led to the deaths of thousands of Muslims, many if not most of who were children. In the case of Pakistan, the sanctions were imposed after that country developed a nuclear weapon. Yet in two countries where Muslims are in the minority - India and Israel - sanctions were never led or even suggested by the United States when those nations developed similar nuclear weapons.
