Reader comment on item: [The Hamas Electoral Victory:] Democracy's Bitter Fruit

Submitted by Abraham (Singapore), Jan 27, 2006 at 09:34

At the end of the day Moslems will vote for Islam. Palestine and elsewhere. Wherever! In Islamic countries, non-Molsems are systematically discriminated and driven out. Their numbers have dwindled to insignificance. Absolute poverty in Islamic countries has sent millions of Moslems to the West and the US. History therefore repeats itself. The cycle perpetuates. They will grow and grow exponentially with high birth rates, immigration, easy divorce (talaq) polygamy, conversion, etc. The next thing you know, it is already late. They are a substantial minority to demand and change things in the name of Allah. Christian Lebanon, secular Malaysia, etc., are no longer so, over a period of a few decades! Moslems are now a majority and the facts speak for themselves in these countries.
