Reader comment on item: Did Michael Jackson Convert to Islam?

Submitted by Ibrahim Lone (India), Dec 9, 2008 at 00:46

Why are people distressed over Wacko Jacko converting to the Nation of Islam. Every one knows that the nation of Islam is not accepted as a sect of Islam by any of the schools of thought in Islam. They are a bunch of lunatics whose claims can at the best amuse us. mikey is frustrated with his life, maybe he thinks that Allah is going to bail him out in the form of Saudi petro dollars. I say he has chosen well, after all whic hother religion allows Paedophilia and child abuse other than Islam. So stop worrying about this loser and get down to better things. This man does not deserve our attention. I wonder why the media is so obsessed with a loser when there are millions of Muslims who are leaving Islam for other faiths or no faiths at all. Maybe if we concentrate on how to iradicate the menace of Islamism, and not talk about some fools converting to Islam, we would achieve more sucess.

Those were my two cents
