To Dhimmi: An elementary lesson in Western Civilization

Reader comment on item: Michael Jackson and Blacks in Stress Who Convert to Islam
in response to reader comment: More linguistic gems from our dear Mahfooz

I had decided not to respond to your uncivil communications. But since you asked, I shall provide you a link as an elementary lesson on a great literary figure, who may well be termed as a lasting exponent of Western Civilization, one that you claim to propagate at the expense of, in your words, Islam!

I shall not suggest reading any original books or authoritative source since it will not be in Arabic, only in which you self-proclaim an extraordinary scholarship. Leaving alone books, you didn't even have the intellectual curiosity to 'Google' it! So, follow this link and educate yourself a little on Horace. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horace

In the past, you had often quoted elementary Arabic sentences and insolently told me to find their meaning by asking my (??) 'ignorant Mullah'. I never replied to these implied insinuations, as I felt it futile, and only likely to bring about further irrelevant comments from you.

But as to the meaning of the Latin sentence, a famous dictum by Horace, 'Vis consili expers mole ruit sua", I suggest you ask your ‘learned' Rabbi, for, he may just be able to translate it for you provided of course his linguistic abilities go beyond Hebrew and knowledge beyond Torah. Failing this source, do consult any Roman Catholic priest; he will translate it for you. Do take a little trouble in educating yourself, for, writing insulting blogs that seem to be your forte, is surely not a recognised means of acquiring knowledge. Don't believe me? Why? Ask you Rabbi, he may yet educate you a little, even at the terminal stage of your ignorance.

Do not ask me for further lessons. It's tiresome and irritating for me to educate you.

Mahfooz

PS: Dictum is a Latin word but any standard English dictionary will tell you its meaning - consult it. And don't bother me by asking its meaning.
