You should understand the islam concept.

Do you know that their prophet Mohamed has led 27 wars or attacks during his likfe!!! Can u imagine (27).

This is the example and guide.

They have original thought that the muslim believer should defend islam, as if it is all the time under attack.

ie. there is no God who could defend this religion. As if you worship a statue that can not act and the believer should defend him.

Islam is a mix of old tradition myths and claming to worship a one God, but there is no theological conceptual base.

Islam is totalitarion , ie do not allow being a muslim under different sect. That is why Sunnis and Shiites are killing each other.

They do not consider the others sunnis or shiites -in a certain degree- as muslims, that 's why the should kill him.

The solution is that muslims leave islam after understanding that this is not a real spiritual faith but only a twisted barbaric myth. Of course this is not practical and not possible, for many reasons:

1) This could happen after a lot of killing among them to the extent they pronounce that religion. A case like Algeria for instance, but still not sure.

2) The islam holy book allows to kill the muslims who convert to any other religion, or even the muslims who become atheist or secular. And there are thousands of cases in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran and other countries. Which making public converts almost impossible.

3) Islamists do not encourage people to think or use their mind. If you are muslim, you have been born muslim and you should die muslim anyway. Either by your own will or forced.

4) Islam is based on applying the word of the quran holy book in every single character. ie do not accept a new moderate interpretation. Do not believe if they said otherwise.

There are several cases of philosophers who tried to discover new meanings, they have been killed or there are attempts to kill them. Many current Egyptian cases that was forced to leave the country.

Maybe, the only practical solution is to reinvent a new islam. An islam that takes only some spriritual values without binding to the exact words. I call it a protestant islam that protests against the existing interpretations of the quran.

But who shall do this, us or them???

You have to find someone who can gain their trust and find hearing ears, and who might be killed for his belief.

But there is a big issue in islam, if you are different even if you are - between brackets (A muslim) - you can be considered atheist or secular , which is a crime in this part of the world, and deserves killing.
