Yes, those saying they were Christians did commit atrocities against both Muslims and Jews. And, they did those acts with the 'so-called' 'blessings' of imitation christian leadership within their own church. What they did was not right and was, and is, completely against the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

In the world of today, real Christians (those who have asked Jesus Christ to be Lord in their lives) do not do such things. I know it may be difficult for some to accept such a change, given history. I also realise it may be hard to overcome years of teaching that has concentrated on only one slant of history. It may only be that when one reads the Bible that one can come to the realisation that Jesus never taught that hatred will conquer but love will. The Bible has never changed. Maybe that is why no one has ever been able to prove it wrong. Salaam.
