Reader comment on item: Is Turkey's Government Starting a Muslim Reformation?

It was written:

"...More broadly, Görmez explains, "The project takes its inspiration from the interpretations of the modernist vein of Islam. … We want to bring out the positive side of Islam that promotes personal honor, human rights, justice, morality, women's rights, respect for the other.""..

Although I applaud the aim, for even statistically speaking it is impossible that all Muslims are bad (otherwise they are not human), yet the issue infidel, kafir and no believer was not addressed. So to whom they will promote human rights and justice? To indoctrinate even mote the EU, UN and the left towards granting it just to Muslims or to all....

Nothing is said......isn't it an attempt to gains most of Islamic population support for a specific group of Muslims "leaders- new leaders" and gain adepts, having Arabia lose them, for example?

Is that a new attempt towards putting the western mind even in a deeper "coma"?

So,"...They are not reforming Islam, but themselves"?

Again, towards what, whom and what aim? Or towards a more effective way to portray and implement in the infidel's mind "how nice islam is":-)

Thus, as an example of the Christian Reform, how good is to come to this "new" Islam- But still the under the order of the self proclaimed prophet?

Although I applaud, not wanting to make character assassination, double feelings bend me more to negativity than positive.
