Reader comment on item: Is Turkey's Government Starting a Muslim Reformation?

Submitted by Chia de Seuta (Canada), May 22, 2008 at 06:25

Does anybody who have one gram of logic in his brain believe that a man like that homeless Abu Hurayra saw Mohamad for less than 2 years, yet, in the Sunni Islam, he narrated more that 3000 hadiths!!! or thngs like that low chartered woman called Aisha which the quran openly curses her in the surat of Tahreem first vereses, she narrated unbelievable amounts as well.

You can add to that the liar number three named Anas Ibn Malik..I just wonder why those three people narrated all the staff that is problematic which is of course the vaste Majoruty of the hadith!! As long as people are educated to believe in people like that in the miuslim world, that is already a step to killing critical thinking. The first two books to oust in my opinion are the entire Bukhari and Muslim..Nassaei and Ibn kathir are more info gatherers than liars so they may stay..
