who nuked the japanese cities and killed innocent civilians?

The US nuked the Japanese, with whom we were at war (and largely started when Japan bombed Pearl Harbour, killing all those OTHER innocent people BEFORE war was declared). On that note (1) if nuking cities brings war to and end as it did then, I hope the Middle East gets nuked very soon, and (2) considering what the Japanese did during the course of WW2 re its refusal to sign the Geneva Conventions, I really don't care about their so-called innocent civilians.

where did world war 1 and 2 take place killing millions?

Primarily Europe and the Pacific Theater of Operations. What is your point?

where did millions of jews were killed in the holaucost?

Eastern Europe primarily. Again, what is your point?

who killed innocent civilians in afgahnistan and then called them collateral damage?

There are no innocent civilians in Afghanistan. The Taliban killed all of them.

who killed retreating iraqi soldiers in gulf war 1?

I never heard of that, but if you can tell me who did I will send them a box of chocolates.

who killed innocent civilians in iraq and then called them collateral damage?

Insurgents from Syria, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, but they did not call them collateral damage. They called them accidental martyrs in the cause of allah.
