Sahad, it seems that Mohammed also misunderstood the quranic ayas of violence completely and indulged in pillaging, looting killing and raping non muslims. Here is from the only and most authentic history of islam written by Mohammed's followers:

Bukharee, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512:

Narrated Anas:

The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned." Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their men killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet .

Bukhari yol 3,Book46, No. 717

"Narrated Ibn Aun:
Prophet had suddenly attacked Bani Mustaliq without warning while they were heedless and their cattle were being watered at the places of water. Their men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives; the Prophet got Juwairiya on that day.

"Sirat e Rasulullah" by Ishaq, pge 464

After 800-900 male adults of Bani Quraiza were beheaded in batches, and thrown in trenches dug in Madina, the apostle divided their property, wives and children as booty. . He took Rayhana d. Amr b. Khunafa for himself.

Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 19, Number 2996: Narrated Muhayyisah: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: If you gain a victory over the men of Jews, kill them.

Bukhari:V5B59N512 "The Prophet had their men killed, their woman and children taken captive."

]
Ishaq:489 "Do the bastards think that we are not their equal in fighting? We are men who think that there is no shame in killing."

Even Quran as sketchy and ambiguos as it is clearly says at many places that Mohammed was a killer:

3.152 You slew them by His permission

33.26 A part [of them] ye slew, and a part ye made captives;

(Every male of Quraiza tribe, above the age of 13 were killed, others were made captives)

008.017 : It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah:

Quran cannot be understood without it's chronology and context. The only book which explains it with chronology and context can be read or listenend to in audio at :

Tabari VII:97 "The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, ‘Kill any Jew who falls under your power.'
