"was the suicide bomber tamil woman who blew the indian prime minister rajeev gandhi with herself also promised 72 virgins? "

The more guillable fall for the 72 virgins, and the more idealistic do it because it gives them a sense of purpose. But the bottom line is that they are just mentally deranged.

"what about the tamil tigers blowing themselves up in suicide missions "

doesn't matter. some people have to be promised virgins, others will do it for free. Evil is evil, no matter what the motivation.

"what about...buddist monks...immolating themselves...?"
They may be crazy, but at least they aren't killing other people, so they aren't a threat to World security, only to themselves, unfortunately for them.

But such rhetorical fly-paper is just designed to get people engaged in debating silly things, and putting them off the real target, which is getting the message out about how savage and evil Islam is, as is obvious from their anti-social behaviour, because...

"In point of fact, they know nothing about life. They know nothing about loving, for that matter. These fanatics are so frightened of life; so frightened of individuality; of choice; so frightened of even thinking; that they may as well be the animals they have become. The insecurity and malignant narcissism that is the hallmark of a severely damaged and perverted self simply oozes from their being."

The "root cause" lies not in their perceived victimhood, but in their primitive and demented psychopathology.
