S.C.Panda,

your comments seem rather absurd, especially in the light of what Dr. Pipes has stated. It is not racism if race is not involved. Jews are a race yes, but not all Jews(religion) are Jews(race), for example the mother of one of my childhood friends. What "race" are christians? or buddhists?

Islam is not racist. Some muslims are, in fact, most people are to some extent or another.

Expressions of Islam may be intolerant of peopleof other faiths, they may be deceptive/disingenuous in their rendition of "Kaffir" as non-muslim, but this does not make Islam intolerant. A properly coherent and wholistic textual analysis shows this (something sadly lacking in much muslim and orientalist scholarship).

When we criticise others we generally reveal more about ourselves than them.
